叶宝荣大师 @ Chef Yap Poh Weng 和曾祺辉大师 @  Chef Chung Kuy Fai 都拥有超过30年的烹饪经验,在全球范围内都有国际工作经验。 屡获殊荣的叶宝荣大师被《美食与美酒》杂志评选为“中国前50名名人主厨”,并被亚洲钻石主厨协会和美国酒店管理科学院评为钻石级主厨!目前掌舵广州的宴遇中餐厅 @ Yan Yu Chinese restaurant,杭州屡获殊荣的龙吟阁 @ Grand Dragon Chinese Restaurant 以及举世闻名的上海外滩三号黄浦会和北京黄浦会 @ Whampoa Club in Shanghai & Beijing。曾祺辉大师就曾踏遍全球展示厨艺,如在东京,上海,加利福尼亚的纳帕谷 @ Napa Valley,最后定居澳门担任行政总厨。 他以大胆的烹饪风格而闻名,他还获得了许多赞誉,包括被列入享有声望的《黑珍珠餐厅指南》@ Black Pearl Restaurant Guide。
